SARAH
Sarah was first involved in the movement and wellbeing world back in the 90’s, starting as an aerobics instructor and beauty therapist. At that time, she also became curious about yoga when she was bought a yoga DVD and started practicing on and off for a couple of decades, attending classes when she could.
Her health took a bit of a downturn in 2012 struggling with an autoimmune condition. So decided to make life style changes and began training to become a yoga instructor… initially to aid her own wellbeing. She soon started to feel the benefits of living more holistically and combined these experiences with her passion for movement science and holistic living.
She strives to share her love for self-discovery through the practices of anatomically safe yoga, mindfulness, meditation, aspects of Kundalini breath work and Reiki.
She’s a down to earth instructor who teaches in an unpretentious, non-intimidating, light-hearted and joyful way.
Her goal is to create yoga sessions accessible to everyone.

HARJEAN
Harjean started yoga in 2010. It wasnt until she tried ashtanga yoga that she saw the true healing effects of yoga and the positive impact it can make to a person's mind and body.
Having studied with many senior teachers and taking annual trips to India Harjean has learned this ancient knowledge and practice allowing her to pass this information down to her students in her classes.
Harjean believes in having a consistent yoga practice. And trying to do some sort of movement or yoga every day. That's where you can really start to see and feel the beauty of the yoga.

SHANNON
I’ve always been passionate about fitness and exercise since a young age. Dancing from the age of 2 years old to 20, train 6 days a week in weightlifting, keeping fit and healthy is something I’ve always loved to do.
Yoga has the element of dance and fitness to it which is what first intrigued me; the aesthetics, flexibility and the way yoga looked all the physical benefits. Then I learnt about the mental benefits, the spiritual side and was hooked! Went on to do my 200 hour teacher training with hotpod yoga credited with yoga alliance.
Teaching classes which are accessible to everyone and are dynamic, energetic and uplifting is my favourite thing to do!

LAURA
I trained in Hatha Yoga in 2016. I enjoy yoga because it makes me feel great. I love passing this energy onto students in my classes.
Since having my children, yoga means more to me than ever, as it helps me to feel like me again!
I teach Sunday mornings and hope to see you soon.

EMILIE
I started my yoga journey based on an attraction to the physicality of the practice, enjoying experimenting with movement of the body before quickly becoming fascinated with the life changing connection between the mind, body and breath.
My intention is to remind you of the power of movement and that a regular practice can help to quieten the mental chatter and self-doubt many of us struggle with daily, helping promote a kinder inner dialogue and outlook on life.

ABIGAIL
I’ve been dancing since I was a little girl and have made wonderful career memories such as international theatre shows/ cruise ships and Disneyland Paris.
I love teaching and passing on my knowledge to help others improve their posture and flexibility. I enjoy slow low impact conditioning that helps with lean and lengthening of the muscles.
I enjoy nature and love countryside walks, that often end with a landscape photograph in ballet/yoga pose.

JAYNE
Hi I am Jayne. I have done yoga on and off for 20 years never taking it seriously, just enjoying when I did attend classes. I then had a few health problems and attended a class at Wellness Zone - that was the beginning if my LOVE for yoga. I love the benefits that it gives both physically, mentally and spiritually. I wanted to share this magic with others so completed my teacher training with yoga haven.
